February 16th marks the two years anniversary of Alexei Navalny’s cold-blooded murder. On this day, people across the world will come out to honor Alexei’s memory—to bring flowers, light candles, and connect with like-minded people.
Alexei Navalny left us a set of clear and uncompromising guideposts:
- Don’t lie. Don’t steal. Alexei Navalny called this the basic condition for normal politics.
- Don’t give up. Our enemies feed on exhaustion and on the feeling that nothing depends on us.
- Don’t be afraid to tell the truth. And don’t be afraid of these people — they spend enormous effort trying to paralyze us with fear and helplessness.
- Remember: what they project is not strength, but weakness. Strong people don’t need to become dictators. Cruelty and populism are attempts to drown out their own fears and hide inner emptiness.
Alexei Navalny’s memory lives on — and with it, our responsibility lives on.
We come out to say:
— we remember
— we do not accept lies and impunity
— we demand freedom for all political prisoners
— we oppose war and repression
Come to the remembrance and solidarity event. Remembrance is action.
Alexei Navalny was murdered. The truth is not. Come to the event to show that you care. Even one person is a voice. Together, we are strong.

Come to the Russian Ambassy in Copenhagen to honor the memory of Alexei Navalny.
